These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a Can’t Miss lifetime license directly from cantmiss.app.

Product and price

The product is one Can’t Miss lifetime entitlement for one active Mac at a time, with all updates made generally available for the current product. The price is a single $15 USD payment. It does not automatically renew. Any mandatory charge shown by Checkout is included in the total you authorize.

Checkout and payment

Stripe securely processes payment and collects the customer email used to identify and recover the entitlement. We do not receive complete card details. Your order is accepted only after Stripe reports successful payment and our service verifies the exact Can’t Miss product, immutable Price, currency, and amount.

Delivery and activation

Delivery is electronic. After successful payment, we create the entitlement and send setup instructions to the Checkout email. Download the app, choose Recover My License, submit the same email, and enter the one-time code in the requesting app. No transferable plaintext license key is issued.

Duplicate or incorrect purchase

One purchase email is intended to hold one active entitlement. If you accidentally buy twice or used the wrong email, do not file a chargeback; contact support@cantmiss.app so we can correct or refund the order.

Refunds and reversals

The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. A full refund, failed payment, reversal, or lost chargeback terminates the related entitlement. A payment dispute may suspend it while the dispute is pending; access can be restored if the payment is reinstated.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot be waived. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights control.
